Step into the kitchen to observe Richard and his team in action, gaining insight into the techniques, stories and craft behind his signature dishes.
After this intimate experience, take your seat at the Chef’s Table with views into the kitchen, where the chefs continue to bring each course to life as you enjoy a seasonal lunch showcasing Corrigan’s renowned ingredient-led cooking. Tickets include welcome coffee and pastries, the kitchen cooking demonstration, followed by champagne in Dickie’s Bar and a three-course lunch.
