With a five-course menu of creative, elevated dishes, grounded in the traditional principles and techniques of French cuisine.

AKIRA BACK’S DOSA: £180

Home to the highly acclaimed Akira Back, the Korean-born chef who is now bringing his culinary artistry to the Mandarin Oriental Mayfair, London.

Starting with a welcome drink in the luxurious ABar Lounge, guest are then led to the sleek Dosa for an 8-course Korean-inspired tasting menu at an intimate chef’s table. Look forward to an exquisite and artistic gastronomic experience set in this magnificent new opening.

A new addition to the London fine-dining scene – this eight-table restaurant promises to rewrite the rules of premium restaurants in Mayfair. National Chef of the Year and ex-Petrus Michelin-starred Larry Jayasekara, has curated a bespoke six-course Tasting Menu for this one evening – centred around the joy of eating.

Teamed up with art dealer Tim Jefferies, Director of Mayfair’s Hamiltons Gallery – the duo have carefully considered every element: combining old-school interiors with the classic charm of French cuisine.
